 Trauma-sensitive support for babies and toddlers

With babies and toddlers, I work in a body-centered way—with gentle touch, rhythmic movement, music, and a lot of mindfulness. Elements from EMDR and bilateral stimulation also flow into my work. In this way, I accompany them in their self-regulation and create a secure connection.

Trauma-sensitive support for children and adolescents

With older children, I design the sessions to be creative and age-appropriate: we combine conversation, somatic mindfulness, bodywork, and playful elements—such as sound journeys, picture books, clay, paint, sand play, or stories. Everything is allowed, nothing is mandatory.

Important: Parents are always part of the process. In accompanying sessions, I share trauma-sensitive knowledge—so that genuine co-regulation and healing can happen in everyday family life.

Trauma-sensitive support for parents

I support mothers who want to better understand and accompany themselves and their children—especially when old wounds or the constant pressure to “function” shape their lives.

In my sessions, we create space for you. For your story, your nervous system, your resources.

Using a combination of mindful conversations, bodywork, psychoeducation, and somatic exercises, I help you recognize and integrate your traumas—and reconnect with yourself and bring relief to your everyday family life.
