Trauma-sensitive support for babies and toddlers
With babies and toddlers, I use a body-centered approach—with gentle touch, rhythmic movement, music, and a great deal of mindfulness. Elements from EMDR and bilateral stimulation are also incorporated into my work. In this way, I support them in their self-regulation and create a secure bond. My approach can bring about lasting improvement, particularly in cases of birth trauma, fussy babies up to excessive crying, high-need babies, and breastfeeding and feeding issues.

Trauma-sensitive support for children and adolescents
With older children, I design the sessions to be creative and age-appropriate: we combine conversation, somatic mindfulness, bodywork, and playful elements—such as sound journeys, picture books, clay, paint, sand play, or stories. Everything is allowed, nothing is mandatory.
Important: Parents are always part of the process. In accompanying sessions, I share trauma-sensitive knowledge—so that genuine co-regulation and healing can happen in everyday family life.

Trauma-sensitive support for parents
I primarily work with mothers who have experienced traumatic childbirth or early attachment trauma.
In my sessions, we create a safe space for you—for your story, your nervous system, and your resources.
Using a combination of mindful conversations, bodywork, psychoeducation, EMDR, and somatic exercises, I help you integrate your traumas, regulate your nervous system—and reconnect with yourself—to bring relief to your everyday family life.
